If you love Savasana, this event is for you, as you will be resting in this gentle yoga pose in which you simply rest on your mat while listening to the resonance of the bowls, bells, and gongs. You will become more relaxed and peaceful, and your body will literally vibrate and be bathed with the resonant sound waves that are moving through the air.
